Our Cryo T Shock technician will review the different treatment options and create an individualized treatment protocol just for you! *Treatments require a separate appointment*
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected circumstances can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. Please call, text or email to reschedule your appointment. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a $50 fee for appointments missed or cancelled without a 24-hour notice. Thank you for choosing AZ Cryo Sculpt! We look forward to seeing you.
